Potty Training!

Yeah, so this is going on around here!

I made sure I titled this post well enough to ward off those of you that have absolutely and completely NO interest in this kind of thing (and I can’t say I blame you). But for those of you that do, here’s what’s happening:

The potty training  is 100% Moxie-led.

She’s the one interested in this, she’s the one who is taking the initiative and showing us what she wants to do.

Micah helps.

Me and Mikey do stuff like scream wildly and cheer and dance when something happens in the potty (sometimes, though rarely, it does!)

..and then Moxie puts her dollie on too

There is a whole lot of requests for diapers to be off, of naked running around, even more ups and downs, starts and stops on the potty. It’s her favorite thing! And trust me – as Dante the cat knows when she peed on him last night – there is also a whole lot of learning, hits and misses happening here.

But that’s okay.

It’s a good way to learn.
